Once your lease application has been received, you will receive an email to complete a background check through Trans Union's Smart Move program.  There is a $40 non-refundable fee for all background checks.  

All persons over 18 living in the units must be on the lease and must complete a background check.

No pets allowed.

Section 8 is not currently accepted.

12 month leases only.

Deposit and first month's rent due at lease signing.
